This report provides you with some important updates on associate resort contract renewal by the Club Developer, property refurbishment updates, and a snapshot of Wishes by Wyndham’s ongoing fundraising efforts.
We are pleased to announce the Developer has extended the associate contract for Copthorne Hotel and Resort Bay of Islands, New Zealand until 31 March 2025. Premier owners can book the following apartments:

Surrounded by the waterfront on one side and subtropical gardens on the other, the resort is the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature. Resort facilities include a spa, onsite parking, a restaurant and bar, an outdoor pool, a tennis court, and a jacuzzi.

Ramada Scarborough Beach, situated in the heart of the beachside suburb of Scarborough in Perth, provides stunning views of Scarborough Beach and breathtaking sunsets. The hotel is close to Perth’s CBD, with the Perth Transit Hub just steps away, ensuring convenient travel options.
*Please note: Associate Resorts are made available to Club Wyndham South Pacific owners by the Developer, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific. Associate Resorts are not part of Club Wyndham South Pacific and are not owned by the Developer. Rather, the Developer has entered into agreements, which enable Premier Owners to stay in specific apartments at Associate Resorts using their vacation credits. Associate Resorts are offered to owners during a contracted period only and like all Developer benefits, can be added or removed and are subject to change at any time. Booking windows vary, depending on Lifestyle membership and tier.
This year, your resorts will continue to undergo progressive refurbishments to enhance the overall experience for all club owners. Previously, we shared that phase 2 of the refurbishment at Club Wyndham Kirra Beach and a staged refurbishment of Club Wyndham Perth will start from April. This will be followed by the refurbishment at Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour beginning in May, Club Wyndham Marcoola Beach is scheduled for July, and Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour – Terraces, has an anticipated start date of August. We look forward to keeping you updated on the progress of these projects.
One of the advantages of vacation ownership is that club apartments are regularly refurbished and improved to keep accommodation feeling modern and fresh. Your annual levies fund these refurbishments.

The charity is committed to changing the culture of bullying by increasing understanding of the impact of bullying, anxiety, depression, and youth suicide – and by providing support to parents.

Owners staying at Ayodya Resort Bali can join us for their Meet and Greet, which begins at 5pm to 7pm (local time) every Sunday.
