This report provides you with some important updates on additional associate inventory available now for bookings and a new resort added to the Developer’s Associate Resort collection.
NEW ASSOCIATE INVENTORY
The following inventory has become available for bookings through the Associate Resort benefit:
– Max occupancy: 3
– One king bed or two single beds
– With flat-screen TV, mini fridge, coffee making facility, and walk-in shower with a rain showerhead
NEW ASSOCIATE RESORT
We are pleased to announce that Lumbini Luxury Villas and Spa in Bali, Indonesia has been added to the Developer’s Associate Resort agreement portfolio. All Premier owners can now book the following villas at the resort:
3 x 1-Bedroom Suite Villa
2 x 2-Bedroom Suite Villa

Two-bedroom villa with private pool
Private bathroom with outdoor shower
A five-minute drive from Jimbaran Beach, Lumbini Luxury Villas and Spa features modern minimalist-style villas with private pools. Each villa is cosy and spacious, equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. A private bathroom comes with an outdoor shower, a bathtub, and a complete set of toiletries.
The resort offers various amenities, including an outdoor pool, a children’s pool, a gym, a day spa, a BBQ area, and an onsite restaurant. Guests can also request complimentary use of a rollaway bed, cot, and highchair. Additionally, the resort provides a free daily shuttle service to the Kuta and Nusa Dua areas.
Lumbini Luxury Villas and Spa is conveniently located near popular attractions in the area, including Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, Waterbom Bali, Puja Mandala, Bali Collection, Mengiat Beach, and the Devdan Show at Bali Nusa Dua.
Please note: TRYP by Wyndham Pulteney Street Adelaide and Lumbini Luxury Villas and Spa are Associate Resorts. Associate Resorts are made available to Club Wyndham South Pacific owners by the Developer, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific. Associate Resorts are not part of Club Wyndham South Pacific and are not owned by the Developer. Rather, the Developer has entered into agreements, which enable Premier Owners to stay in specific apartments at Associate Resorts using their vacation credits. Associate Resorts are offered to owners during a contracted period only and like all Developer benefits, can be added or removed and are subject to change at any time. Booking windows vary, depending on Lifestyle membership and tier.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT UPDATES
Our refurbishment calendar for 2024 begins in April with the continuation of the renewal of Club Wyndham Kirra Beach. The upper floors of the resort will be refurbished with new design, while bedding, furnishings and soft furnishings will be replaced. Also, apartments at Club Wyndham Perth The Outram will also undergo refurbishment this year, in a project to begin at approximately the same time. We look forward to providing further details about this project.
One of the advantages of vacation ownership is that apartments continue to be refurbished on a regular cycle to keep accommodation feeling modern and fresh, which is funded by your annual levies.
