Grocery Service is not available at Club Wyndham Denarau Island however there is a lobby shop located in reception with groceries available for purchase. Coles delivery – daily but must be ordered at least 3 days before check-in (including PD)
To take advantage of this service* simply:
Before finalising your grocery order, enter in the resort address on your confirmation letter, your check-in date and check-in time as the delivery window, and your groceries will be delivered and waiting in your room when you arrive at the resort.

*Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (Wyndham) is acting as an intermediary to allow guests staying in resorts managed by Wyndham or a related entity to place online grocery orders with Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd (Coles online) for delivery to the resort during their stay. Access to this service is directly through the Coles online website at www.coles.com.au, Woolworths online website at www.woolworths.com.au or Countdown online website at www.countdown.co.nz and guests will be guided through the order process including delivery instructions and payment. Guests using this service must agree to the online grocer Customer Agreement and should note that they are responsible for the payment of all costs and charges incurred directly to the online store. Changes or cancellations of orders should be notified to the online grocer as soon as possible and will be subject to the terms and conditions. By using this service, guests give their authority to Wyndham to provide Coles, Woolworths or Countdown online or their agent access to a guest’s room for delivery purposes and their consent to the release of any relevant personal information collected by Wyndham necessary to provide this service. Personal information may include (but is not limited to) name, address, telephone number or other contact details, travel details, dietary requirements and room number. Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
