There may be some construction related noise due to kitchen refurbishments at Flynns Beach from 27th June – 31st August 2022 and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
**New facilities have been added onsite as part of the development. The development includes a new café, gym, games area, kids’ pool, common area pavilions and car parking. The development included an additional 53 Garden Apartments to the resort, including Deluxe, Grand and Presidential Villas. Reception is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days. We have a staff available onsite to answer phone calls. Please note: Our team that are on shift from 11pm – 7am don’t have access to our reservation system so all booking enquiries are encouraged to contact us during day hours. INTERNAL STAIRS: The 2 & 3 Bedroom Deluxe & Grand Garden apartments have an internal staircase and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. All Garden room types, with the exception of Special Needs units, have 2 stairs leading to the front door.
Smoking policy: Owners and/or guests are able smoke in the designated smoking areas or on their apartment balconies, if they have one. You cannot smoke in your room at any time and, when smoking on a balcony, the door must be closed – you will be liable for an additional cleaning fee if smoke affects the inside of the room. Please consider other club owners and guests and try to smoke in a way where there is minimal or no chance of affecting others. Thank you.

Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
